One locket stays with me, a reminder of lingering emotions. The other sets out on a serendipitous journey, left to fate for someone new to find and cherish. This act of giving away signifies a cathartic release from the burdens of unfulfilled longing. Though unknown to each other, both wearers carry a piece of the same story.
